Before You Book
Deposit Policy
A deposit reserves your time and honors the work that goes into preparing for it. Please read carefully before booking.
Tattoo Deposits
- All appointments require a deposit to book.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits are transferable no more than two times, and only if you notify me more than 72 hours before your set date.
- Deposits secure your time slot and protect against no-shows, as it is difficult to fill a slot the day of.
- A deposit shows me you are serious about your appointment.
Custom Art Deposits
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Half is required up front to begin.
- The remaining half is due upon completion.
Caring for Your Piece
Tattoo Aftercare
A tattoo is a living piece of art. How you care for it in the first weeks shapes how it ages. Follow any specific instructions I give you at your appointment first.

Leave the wrap on
Keep the initial bandage or wrap on for the time I recommend at your appointment. It protects the fresh tattoo from bacteria while it begins to close.

Wash gently
Once the wrap is off, wash the tattoo with clean hands and a fragrance-free, antibacterial soap using lukewarm water. Pat dry with a clean paper towel—never rub.

Moisturize lightly
Apply a thin layer of a fragrance-free healing ointment or lotion two to three times a day. Too much product suffocates the skin, so keep it light.

Do not pick or scratch
Your tattoo will scab and flake as it heals. Let it. Picking, scratching, or peeling can pull out ink and cause scarring.

Avoid soaking and sun
No pools, baths, hot tubs, or oceans for two to three weeks. Keep the tattoo out of direct sunlight and away from tanning while it heals.

Wear loose clothing
Let the area breathe. Tight or rough fabric can irritate the tattoo and disrupt healing.

How do I book an appointment?
Start with a tattoo inquiry through the form on this site. Once we align on your concept, a non-refundable deposit secures your date and is applied toward the final cost.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on size, placement, detail, and the time your piece requires. I will discuss an estimate during your consultation before anything is booked.
Does getting tattooed hurt?
Everyone experiences it differently. Discomfort varies with placement and your own tolerance—most clients find it very manageable. Eating a full meal beforehand and staying hydrated helps a great deal.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Get a good night of sleep, eat a solid meal, and drink plenty of water beforehand. Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed, and avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior.
How long will my tattoo take?
It depends entirely on the design. Smaller pieces may take an hour or two, while larger or highly detailed work may require multiple sessions. I will give you a sense of timing when we finalize the design.
Can I bring someone with me?
One guest is welcome for support. To keep the space calm and focused, please avoid bringing groups or children.
Do you tattoo minors?
No. You must be 18 or older with a valid, government-issued photo ID. No exceptions, even with parental consent.
Do you offer touch-ups?
Minor touch-ups are sometimes needed as a tattoo settles. Reach out after you are fully healed and we will arrange what your piece needs.
